Hi

My partner is a chippy and wants to send his tools over to NZ rather than buy new ones but is wondering about the votage, Does anyone know if 240volt power tools work in NZ and is it just a case of changing to NZ plugs

Nah they work. Just change the plug!
Make sure they are impeccably clean though or MAF will charge a pretty penny to have them treated.
