Very annoyed
After 3 weeks of preparing documents and collating reports I took them down to the VAC in London this morning only to find that we had been given incorrect information by the VAC (on a earlier phone call) with regards to the medical documentation. Please note that the website is out of date.

sorry to hear that, what exactly is wrong and what info did they give you?
