Verification and processing times for London branch
It's been more then 3 months since our CO was assigned at the London branch. The last thing that we heard from our CO nearly 3 months ago was that our application is undergoing a verification and we don't have any other news since then. We tried to contact the CO 2 times but we didn't get any responce to our email and to our phone call.
Is anyone familiar with the processing times at the London branch and how long this verification might take?

Re: Verification and processing times for London branch
we submitted our ITA at the end of Oct and got assigned a case officer 2nd week in November. We have had a couple of emails from her and have responded. Our application has stalled a bit now as mine and my daughters medicals have been referred last week so thats going to take another 2-3 weeks for her to get that information back to her before she restarts the process. We are hoping to hear early January.
I would try their phone again if you don't get through on their direct line then I would call the main office and ask to be put through to speak to someone else as they maybe able to look your details up and let you know what is happening.
A cheaper way to call NZ House is on this number: 01245 454448, its a virtual exchange so you don't actually pay the £1 a minute charge you would do if you called the registered NZ house number (you still get the dialogue at the beginning of the call but you do not get the stated charges).

If you have a job offer you move along the line initially a bit quicker
