URGENT HELP WITH EOI!!!
 

Hi There

I am trying to complete our EOI and have hit a major problem! Our son is only 6 months old so when it asks for the dates of the country he has lived in for the last 12 months we can only obviously put Dec 07 to July 08. This generates an error message because the time period has to be 12 months.

If I alter the 'from' date to July 07 to make it 12 months (he was technically in the UK in that time - just in my belly!! :p) another error appears because the 'from' date can't be before his birth date :curse:

WHAT DO WE DO???!!!!!!

Dont think I can be of any help with your question! I am desperately trying to think what I did. I am thinking surely you only have to put in dates if he has lived elsewhere for more than 12 months. which as he is only 6 months old it's obvious he hasnt, is there not a help button? Sorry no help I know but felt I had to reply, Have you tried not putting in any dates? or do you get another error message? Did mine in Feb and I just cant remember putting in any dates for my 2 as they have always lived here in the UK. I am sure someone will come to your rescue, unfortunately it wont be me!! Sorry!!

It's all ok now! Phew! I phoned NZ and asked them what to do, you just have to put the DOB in the 'from' date and leave the 'to' date blank! All sent off now - so excited! :thumbsup:
