U.K. Young persons working visa 12 months

Hi,
on a 12 month visa are you allowed to work the whole 12 months? And if you extend to 24 months can you then work the 24 months?
Thanks for any help

Hi, you can work 12 months out of the 23 months, so if you have a 12 month only you can work the 12months but no more

Thanks for the reply. So if you are here for 12 months, you can work the whole 12 months?

On a 12 month WHV you can work for the full 12 months so long as the job or jobs are not permanent.

On a 23 month WHV you can work during the whole period of the visa, BUT you can only work for a total of 12 months in that visa period and same again no job can be permanent.
