Travelling to NZ in Sept on WHV what do I need to take (submitting EOI in NZ)?

Hello,

My boyfriend and I have finally got around to actually booking the tickets for our WH!!!!!!! We are planning on submitting our EOI whilst we are there -we hope the 2 years will allow us enough time to find a job, submit EOI and get residency. Fingers and toes crossed!

We are planning on bringing our long style birth certificates, some payslips from our last jobs, start and end dated letters from our last employers, a bill or two proving that we have been living together (plan on submitted on just one EOI), and obviously our passports. Is there anything else we have forgotten? We are not planning on doing medicals, police check just yet - hopefully we can get these things sorted either over in NZ (ie medicals) or when we come back for a couple of weeks to the UK (police cert) as, if I remember correctly, both are time sensitive.

We have only 6 weeks to go! I can't beleive its come around so quickly so any ideas/further documentation to take with us would be very very welcome!
