Timescales for Skilled Migration Visa

Hello, i have been asked by my parents who i looking to move to New Zeland to write this.

My Dad got 150 points on the Point Test and has a job offer also. How long would it usually take from applying for the skilled migrate visa to getting conformation they can move out there? - Average Timescales is what they are looking for!

Thanks
Andrew

Re: Timescales for Skilled Migration Visa

Well it is possible in about 6 weeks, but it's really difficult to say, I it all depends on how busy immigrations are. Mine is going really fast because I have a job offer as well, but don't expect 6 weeks to be the normal case, have alook at peoples timelines at the bottom of their messages you may get a better indication there.

All the best
