Re: Telephone Interview in 45 mins
you only have a telephone interview if you do not have a job lined up already in NZ.

I know there are lots of threads on the questions but what did they ask you, I've got my interview soon and have got a list of questions but still dreading it  They asked most of the questions that you find on this site like Have you got family/ friend out there? etc Trying to find out if you have a support system for when you get there. Also, there was a few questions around employment for example what if you are not able to find a job in your area of work? what would you do! etc There where questions around how we would make fiends and fit into Kiwi life. Our plans when we get there and quite a few what if? questions what if you don't get a job in the area you want? What if you don't get a job in your skilled area what would you do etc. Funnily enough they never once asked how we where going finance the move. We are lucky we have relatives out there and we have decided to go on a road trip in Feb as we are in no rush to move as we have sold the house etc. The last year has been stressfull enough so we want some chill time and enjoy the fact that we can now go at our leisure so to speak let me know if you need any other info Niki |
Re: Telephone Interview in 45 mins
Thanks for the reply, I think I've got answers for most of the questions but you never know, I think we'll only get WTR anyway as I need to be registered to do my job, shame as it puts time constraints on us but hey ho it'll do :)
Looking at the bottom of your reply it seems you've been accepted so congratulations  |
