Student visa valid for Uni studies?

Student visa valid for Uni studies?
Hi people, we are on a LTBV and both my children have student visas and attend the local High School. My eldest is in Year 13 and wants to go to Uni next year. Question being...does her student Visa allow her to go to Uni?

looks like you just apply for another visa or change of visa conditions once they have been accepted
