Statutory Declarations
Had to do a stat. dec. - after 7 different law offices - finally found a solicitor to sign it!!! Thought we were never going to get this simple matter of a name issue on a passport sorted. Lets just hope the NZIS are happy with it!!!

should be ok as husband had to get this done for his name change and it was fine.
