Statutory Declaration
 
Two of my past employers have closed down so I have completed a statutory declaration however NZ has not been accepted these, i got the impression from former threads/posts that they did, can anyone shed any light on this, thanks.

Have they said why, there are rules as to where and who they are witnessed by etc depending on where you are getting them done???

Simon I didn't realise that, I shall have to ask them, my SD was done by a local solicitor.
