??????? SPONSORSHIP VISAS ????????
Does any1 know of any good sites or has any info on working sponsorship visas,have read somewhere that NZ employers are recruiting people from overseas,

Where did you read this . I would like to read it too. It may give some indication as to what type of workers this is aimed at.
i.e.
1 - seasonal workers
2 - skilled migrants.
In any case this isn't quite how it works.
Employers may be recruiting in certain areas but those jobs still have to be needed and wanted by NZ.
The employers could be NZIS accredited employers, in which case , if you have the work experience and the quals to fit the job offer, then they can offer you the work.
If it is for seasonal work , then that is different again.
Or have you read this via the Opportunities NZ expo site
