Child of a worker visitor visa - dependent child

Child of a worker visitor visa - dependent child
Hi.
We are going on Essential skills visa. We have 2 girls (4 and 2). We will apply for the above visas for them. My question is the FINANCIAL SUPPORT bit. There are 2 options on the applications. OWN FUNDS or SPONSORED. For the OWN funds bit do we just attach my husbands contract? (evidence showing you have sufficient funds in your name to support yourself) ? Brain is fried from these forms! They certainly don't make it easy!
