Skill shortage category confusion
 

Hi all,

Its my forst posting.....pls help me!!

I am really confused with the three terms: (i) Immediate Skill Shortage List (ISSL); (ii) Long Term Skill Shortage List (LTSSL); and (iii) Areas of Absolute Skill Shortage.

My particular problem is in identifying the fine line between (i) and (iii). The occupation "Post Doctoral Fellows" is present in (i). But when I started checking my points, the Absolute List doesn't have that.

Anybody to rescue?????
