Just to give you guys a heads up, my SFV was approved a week ago.

And I have bought an air ticket to AKL, BTW I'm in China, and my application was processed in Shanghai Branch.

oh, and some details, my full application package was received on July 2, Lodgement date appeared to be July 5, and on the same day, full medical was received. And then, also that very Friday, before 5pm, the visa was approved... I don't know what happened, but it seemed that if they want to do it, then it takes no time in finishing your application.

Now that since my air ticket is not changable and not refundable, I'm gonna put all my time in looking for a job asap.

My documents have been received by the Dubai Branch on 15 July, 2013. But no confirmation date from there side yet. Can anyone tell me where the lodgement date and medical date gets appear.

Secondly, usually how many days Dubai Branch require to process the application any one from Pakistan received the approval yet??

takes a week normally for lodgement date to appear though mine took longer than that, and after lodgement the approval time varies case to case mine took more than two weeks as it had some correspondence involved and my friend's took couple of days .. we both did it from Pakistan ..

I am from Pakistan too. How many days after documents received by NZ Dubai Branch your lodgement date appeared. In total how many days in your case required for the visa approval.

Have you done with visa stamping? When you are planning to leave.
