hi salmaearn i am very sad to read that your application has been refused, you have been a very active member of this forum and i its a pity that this happened, i have been following this thread for the last 3 months and i learnt a lot from you guys, regarding your current situation i have a few questions?
did your lodgement date appeared and were your medicals were updated?
if its the case then you must have received a mail from your case officer?
i advice you to mail him and explain the source of funds?
they have been transferred to your account so there should be an explanation for that. i hope this helps

i submitted my documents to the dubai branch on 26th july and my lodgement date and medicals have been updated,

and 1 more thinf if you are willing to tell that how much funds were deposited into your account and the duration of your bank statement

Hello Everyone,
i had applied for sliver fern and successfully process the application. i have sent all my document to Dubai branch before 29 July 2013 expect one. it was international education assessment. Actually due to certain reasons i have started of the process on 25 on fast track basis. DHL service delivery it wrong destination. it was expected to reach 1 July but it reached 9 July. while sending me document i have added a cover letter and explain the delay of assessment. i got my assessment on 6 AUG 2013 i have forwarded to Dubai branch same day. But they rejected my application due to this delay. we have no right to appeal. i have spent lot of money and time on it. i have mailed them to review the decision but so reply yet. anybody help me out how to deal this issue. is there any way???? any suggestion

However, i have given a reference of my friend who got the extension last year. His submitted NZQA report after one month. i have also given the name of case officer as reference. Today i got mail in which he stated that i have confirm from Case officer she told us no one granted such long extension on silver visa. However, my friend due to the fear of reopening his case, not giving me further detail to prove my point. i know another guy who got extension almost 6 month. i have mailed him and looking for response. Is any one here grant extension plz share the details with me so i can prove my stance.

However, i have given a reference of my friend who got the extension last year. His submitted NZQA report after one month. i have also given the name of case officer as reference. Finally visa approved. Thanks again to all the people who lent there support and expertise to make it possible.
Imp Dates: SFV: 29th April, IQA filed: 7th May, IQA recieved: 20th July
Visa Doc submission: 22nd July, Lodgement date: 29th July, Visa Approved: 22nd Aug

can anyone let me know whether we need to maintain 4200 nZD as per current dollar rate? when i submit the documents it was 47rs and now it is 52.3 rs. last month it was less than 200000 now it is 220000 ..
bit worried share your suggestion ...
