Hello bryan,

Every CO not call for interview. Your application can be approved without interview. The processing time of work visa depends on branch office. Please go through the below link for details

Hi rocky,

You have to visit passport seva in your local city
Take an appointment online before visit
They will provide PCC on the day itself
If they have already completed police verification or else it will take minimum a week
