what happened is not bad luck of us. it's unprofessionalism, arrogance and unfair play of someone else. Having a slow internet connection is bad luck, suffering the consequencies of someone else's actions and decisions is not bad luck to me. Maybe we will get nothing, but we will never know if we don't even try at all. And we got the right to be listened, at least.

IMHO...
I dont think they are selling visa's . we must consider ourselves unlucky.
Eventhough anyone can send an email to Immigration minister and even prime minister office.. at the end of the day , some one from Immigration dept will get fired..
will there be any change in our application???? I dont think so..
Once we get our money refunded , we dont have a say...

If u had received error email then collecting documents without confirming from your branch may result in wastage of money and effort.
Btw what’s your receipt number? Kindly provide your details in the POOL thread.

I received Refund , Lost nearly 12% to exchange rate .Damn need to do something .
