Returning Visa
Hi All,
Been a while since I posted anything, Gained my residency visa and moved over last April 2008, unfortunately I had to return a short while later and give up my job and come home for family health reasons. The question I have is I am now planning to move back over in July 2009 but my returning Visa will have expired by then, can I get an extension to it this end and if so how long for and will the fact that I only spent a short while in NZ cause any problems to the renewal. I would apreciate any feed back, many thanks. |

I would apreciate any feed back, many thanks. you really need to be in nz before your rrv visa runs out, or have spent enough time in nz (183 days in each of the two years) to qualify for a new one as far as i know. Maybe you can ask for liniency because you had to leave for medical reasons, but id try and get the process started and get an answer before your rrv runs out |
