Hi there, has anyone had to reapply? Looks like thats what we are going to have to do. Current WTR visa expires Jan 22nd 09, house hasnt sold and renting is not an option for us. Thought about hubby going out on his own and we all wait for him to get a job and apply for PR, but it could take a year or so for the house to sell or could take him longer to get a job, so decided against that! Also the boys dont want dad to leave them they said mummy wont cope very well!!
Anyway way just wondered if those of you that have had to do this found any problems second time around. Hubbys a year older so dont know how many points will be lost for the next age range down!!
Also could I start filling out the EOI or does it only stay in there for so long? if you know what I mean
