Default Radiographer migrating to NZ

Hi

I'm working in Recruitment and am trying to help a radiographer from the UK find a job in NZ. He has a job offer but is having trouble with his qualifications. He has a Diploma in Radiography and 20+ yrs experience in this profession. He has not has his diploma assessed by the NZQA so his qualifications are not on the List of Recognised Qualifications.

Does anyone know whether the NZQA will recognise his Diploma as being the equivalent of a degree?

Thanks for any help.

Frances
