Quick question - if I'm not claiming any points at all for work experience is it still important to list my work experience under the work experience pages on the EOI - reason not claiming points is I've been in job less than 2 years so don't qualify for points.

Also, if I list my job title and it doesn't match EXACTLY with my qualification in an area of absolute skills shortage is that a problem. It's related, just not exact.
