puzzled.please help!

Weve got our residency forms and are trawling through them and trying to get everything together. Is there any one out there that has applied for residency whilst still in the U.K. If there is can you put me straight on what to send in. DO YOU send originals of your documents plus a certified copy or just a copy? OR can you not send an original and send a certified copy. For example, will i have to send my marriage certificate original plus a certified copy or a certified copy plus for some reason a copy. Confused? i am.

Hi, we are applying from the uk ike yourselves, and you can either send the originals and a copy underneat (of everything you send in) or you can just send in certified copies. Hope this helps, we sent the originals and a copy of everything and as we handed our application in by hand in London, they checked everything and gave us back the originals for us to bring home with us.

Good luck

Hi Gedsy - welcome to the site. We are in the procress of residency application. You can send the orginals OR a certified copy . The only documents that MUST be original are the police certificate and medical certificate. Good luck with the process its a long a winding road we all must endure!!!. I'm from South Shields originally and hopefully heading for the North Island
