pre qualification work experience count ?
 

Hi,

I was started working in last semester of my graduation and my question is this, is my experience will count in total experience ? i was working full time 8 hours.

office timings were 3 pm to 11 pm and i was attending college in morning and than join office.

Without pre qualification work experience my experience is 5.8 years and with pre qual work becomes 6 years so it will effect my case a lot.

I'm an Accountant and had to do articles/training contract with a firm of Accountants and Auditors as part of my training. The work I carried out during this time was mostly auditing with a bit of financial accounting. I only obtained my degree after working for about 3 years. I used this work experience when claiming experience as an Auditor which is on the LTSSL, which was accepted. So in my case they accepted pre qualification work experience. In my experience, NZ Immigration are very friendly and helpful, if you have any doubts or questions, they will be more than willing to help.

I was asked from one registered consultant (IAA) and he further asked from relevant authority and confirmed me they won't accept pre-qualification work.
