How many people actually had to fly over to NZ for a face to face job interview and to what sucess?:unsure:

I did, and I got the job.

Does that help?? It's still the best person for the job I guess, whether you fly here or not?

My husband flew over for an interview as he is builder. They needed to check that although he said he was a builder that he was physically capable of doing the job i.e all limbs intact, sight etc. He did a two day work experience and got the job!
