PR Application - removal of an applicant?

We have applied for PR, but I have been declined because of my BMI, is it possible to remove me from the application, and for my OH and son to be granted PR and I reply next year.

I very much doubt it Kags.

I would suspect that NZIS see the PR application as a family application. They have an interest to know that the person/s emigrating have a high probability of settling. Splitting a family unit is not a good way for a family to settle.

Hi Bev,
When we applied for medical wavier, we asked if this was possible, and was informed that it was. But just got a feeling that they will back track.

Thanks
