police checks
Looking through threads on police checks and a few mention going to police station and getting form from there, for £10, I contacted our local one but they gave me a web address where you download the form, needs passport photo and £35 each. I have a CRB through being a cub scout leader but its now 8 months old so can't use that. What did everyone else do? Would be interested to find out.

Re: police checks
Hi,
I also have a CRB which is current but thats not what they'e after. I went to our local police station with passport and proof of address. Paid my £10 and they sent it off to the regional head office. Took about 3 weeks to come back. sb ps printed form off from internet and filled that in, got my little girls teacher to sign it for me. |

Re: police checks
Hi guys bit confused by all this. Does this mean you DON'T have to use the quick check you down load from site , you can still go down to your local station and do it for £10? Certainly not how the official Police site is putting it....or is that just me?
