Points for Partner Qualification
Hi,
my spouse has a Bachelor of Science (Biology) degree from an accredited state university in the USA. Now, this university is not listed in the exemption list on this website:
United States of America
but it's listed in the PREVIOUS IMMIGRATION INSTRUCTIONS as an exempt institution (links provided on the top left of the website above).
Does that mean the exemption exist, or not?
Thanks.

Re: Points for Partner Qualification
see if the University is listed under a slightly different name, my husbands was, something along the lines of, he knew it as University London and it was listed as London University. I believe the list changes as needs change for requirements and from what I can see from the link is that the list was updated June last year so in my opinion it would need to be on there to be exempt and awarded from the stated year and no earlier.
