Point claim for absolute skills shortage area
 

Hi Seniors!

I am a new member of this forum. I need your help and suggestion.
I am planning to apply for PR of NZ.

Age > 25

Qualification (MCA) > 60

Experience - Business Analyst (4+) > 15

Spouse > 20

Total > 120

If I claim Bonus point for absolute skills shortage Education = 10 ?????

If I claim Bonus point for absolute skills shortage Experience As a Business Analyst/Software Engineer = 10 ?????

Then it is ok and I can move for EOI with 140 points.


I have a question regarding absolute skills shortage.

My qualification is MCA(Master Of Computer Application) and i am working in MNC as a Business Analyst/Software Engineer.

1) My Qualification and Work exp. is qualified for absolute skills shortage. Can i claim the bonus points for my Education and work exp.

As per manual it only valid for those guys who met the following criteria :

Bachelor degree (Level 7)
specialising in Information
Technology (Computer Science,
Information Systems or other
Information Technology) OR
Bachelor degree (Level 7)
specialising in Electrical and
Electronic Engineering and
Technology AND a minimum of
three years’ relevant postqualification
work experience.


Please confirm. your help and suggestion will be highly appreciable.

is your qualification from one of the recognised bodies as listed on the immigration site?
