Poo ! That stinks if you don't mind my saying so. How irresponsible he is then to his child and ex.

I am just scared that i will lose my son if i have to go home as well, if my ex decides that he doesn't want him to go i have that to face aswell
Well. He could fight that but courts tend to find in favour of the mother.

Is your employer a large organisation by chance. Maybe a District Health Board? A company that might have 'accredited' status with NZIS.
The company is acredited, i had a look at that, just my base salary is less than the requirement

That is him all over, i suppose knowing that it could go in my favour may make it a bit easier
