Partnership Visa: covering letter.

Hi all, my partner and I are about to put in our forms for a partnership visa. We are wondering if we should put a covering letter with the forms, to explain how we meet etc. Do most people attach covering letters or does NZ immigration inquire about your relationship ?

not really necessary if you have all the evidence we discussed back last year. they really don't care how you met just that you are in a stable relationship.
