Partner visa rejected
Hi Sir
I have applied for partner visa in feb 2016, it was rejected stating that the documents were not sufficient to prove our relation is genuine and stable. My husband is in NZ on level 8 student visa. We got married in may 2016 and my husband left to nz in nov 2016. I have reapplied again on 5th april 2016 providing all the documents like whatsapp chat history, call logs, hotel bills, shopping bills, joint property, photographs and all, its been 18 days I didnt receive any call or mail from immigration. Will my visa be approved this time. Can I contact immigration now. Please help me with an expert advice. Regards Deoraj |
Re: Partner visa rejected
depends if these documents cover more than 12mths and are found sufficient to cover the requirements. No one on here will be able to tell you the outcome

Sir
Will the immigration people call us second time in case we didn't answer the call for the first time. or can I approach immigration asking the status of my application. ?? |
Re: Partner visa rejected
no idea how the office you have sent it to will proceed. You either need to just wait or call them yourself
