Partner qualification points without IELTS
 

Hi,
Can I avail partner qualification points , if she doesn't have IELTS but she studied her course 4 years in English and her profession is also in absolute shortage skill list.

It's impossible to get syllabus but can get a letter from university that all courses are in English , degree + transcripts

Yes You can Avail .. But you need to reach NZQA for your partner qualifications for assessment , and as your partner in skill shortage list you can earn I think 20 points which will push you up to get 140 points and selected automatically in the next fortnight selection for the syllbus is problem is requested by NZQA , try to get a letter from university that is not supply any graduates with syllabus or try to find it in the website or write a letter to the NZQA and put it with pack that you will send it to the NZQA explaining why you can not supply the syllabus ..
your case is similar to much people ..
