Parent Visa application - can you send it to another country with a shorter wait?
Does anybody know if you can post your visa application to any country in the world and not necessarily the country where you live - London seems to be the main place for the whole of Europe and New Zealand Immigration Offices that are spread all over New Zealand seem to have a shorter waiting time for a Case Officer to be allocated - I am concerned about a Parent Visa as it says up to 2 years on the web site before you are even allocated a Case Officer but in Hamilton it says 18 months.
Can this be done? Paula |

As far as I am aware , you should place your application in the country you are domiciled.
