PAR payment not succesful
 

Two days ago I have made payment of PAR for my wife through my credit card, Somehow it shows transaction was not approved but $138 has been deducted from my credit card.I have called credit card company and they said if payment has not been done then you can ask QRS to claim the $138 through transaction reference number that was provided by credit card company. I did email them same day, but still i haven't received any confirmation from them yet. What should i do in that case?
