Paperwork for wife & Kids?????

Re: Paperwork for wife & Kids?????
Hi Garry, if you look above, I suggested that you go onto the NZ Immigration website. Check your points and see if you have enough to apply for PR. With a job offer, I'd be surprised if you don't. I have to say that if it was me, I'd definitely be applying for PR. When you have enough points (over 140) or you have a job offer, you get selected automatically from the pool immediately at the next selection after submission. The NZIS then check your EOI (which in our case took about 6 weeks), and then after this the NZIS website (for London) seems to suggest that at the moment it'll take about a further 3 months to process to PR. Having said this, this was our experience without a job offer. It could be that if you have an offer, everything get fast tracked and the whole process is a lot quicker. Perhaps someone else on PR can advise on this? Or perhaps you could give NZIS a call or drop them an e-mail. Anyway, best of luck!
Unfortunately, I don't have this time! I have just come of the phone to my employer in NZ. They want me yesterday. I mentioned PR and they said I could apply, but the quicker process is WTR. So this is the way I have to go for now.
Thanks Anyway

Yep, Leighlou's right - with a job offer, especially from an accredited employer, your EOI and ITA get fast tracked plus if you are in a specialist job or being offered an exceptionally high wage, say $75k, you can put it in under Talent visa. Should take 5 days. Again, this is only what I've been told. Everyone has a different story - you'd have thought there were 50,000 ways to get in from all the different experiences you hear about!!!

Thanks....I seem to fit in to all the right categories for PR, but as mentioned, after talking with my employer they said this will be the fastest route and they will pay for future residence.
The way thing are going I'll probably be out there mid June.
I'll keep you updated.
Leighlou......How's things going with you? If you want a job in the Royal Infirmary, mine will be coming up soon??? All the Best.

I've not seen anything for a change in fees in the UK? I'm sure someone could advise.
Cheers and all the best with your applications.

Did any one apply for the WTR Work Visa from the UK, is the total cost 105, plus 70 for sposes WTR Work Visa and £70 for childrens student visas?
They mention other courier fees?? is this included or do you need to leave the amount blank on the visa payment part of the form?
