I was getting this all the time the other week when I was waiting to see if they had approved me for an ITA. Don't think it means anything in all honesty apart from Immi having tech issues!

Yep agreed. I read into it every time the site was down when I was waiting for mine! It never seemed to mean anything unfortunately.
