NZQA IQA - Work Experience
Dear All,
I believe this had been discussed quite a lot of time, however, I cannot find the right approach yet. 1. IS PAR not Mandatory ?. 2. Can i submit IQA result detail to the EOI pool ? 3. For IQA do we need to send Work Experience details, I saw the below information in the documents not to be submitted list, though, in many forums, members discuss about experience letters for gaining points for LTSSL. It would be great if anyone can throw some light on this. "we do not require the below document "
Thanks Swami Thank you |
Re: NZQA IQA - Work Experience
my understanding is that PAR is not mandatory but gives you an idea of what you main gain when you submit IQA. IQA is mandatory if the qualification was not gained in the recognised establishment.
The visa application is different to the IQA. You need the IQA to prove your submission that you have a relevant qualification to the skill you are applying for in the visa process. |

My understanding from above is they do not worry about the work experience and concerned about the educational qualification alone. ? and we need not send the experience docs right ? Thanks Swami |
Re: NZQA IQA - Work Experience
to gain the IQA I believe you just send in the documentation that relates to the qualification. they will then give you an equivalent level for NZ. this has to be what is required as out lined in the requirements for the visa for you to be able to claim the points for the qualification.
