NZQA - BCS and Master degree accessment
 

Hi All;

I am Piraba Nagkeeran from Sri Lanka. I completed BCS PGD (without project) in 2011 and in 2016 I did a master program (Level 9) (Master in Advance Software Engineering - Westminster university). I have 7 years experience and after BCS, I have 6 years experience.

Now I have a question, whether, it is valid since BCS is not considered as Level 7. My case, I have a master degree also.

How will they grade it ? will they consider it is a level 8?

If so, how will take my experience after BCS completed year, calculate experience or if they take my master after master only will they consider experience?


Please advice me or suggest your idea

Please be patient. The BritishExpat forum members are all giving their free time to help where and when they can.

No-one is likely to be able to help with this unless the member has the same qualifications as you and also comes from a country where the quals are not exempt.

As you know , you would need a full IQA assessment to find what NZ level your quals would be.
