AS IN EARLIER REPLY, They pass it on to be assessed, where it sits in a que, get on the phone and speak to someone, much better than getting an anonimus e-mail, but just wait it'll happen, you can't rush them, unless you contact someone fairly high up in the organisation.

My experience wasn't very positive.
I photocopied all my Quals (should have been originals) , signed by my headmaster as "true....etc".
Posted all recorded, heard nothing for two weeks.
Royal Mail tracked items said it had been signed for...
Loads of emails, rarely did any of their replys end with a name, just an initial, how professional!
Money wasn't taken from me , so they say they didn't receive anything from me. I scanned the royal mail receipt...sent lots of polite emails. never received a reply again....most frustrating:curse:
We will be going over again this summer, will travel to welly "deliver by hand " my originals, hopefully it can't go wrong....can it?
They must do it right sometimes............ otherwise there would be no teachers to explain grammar and basic spelling, to those at NZQA
