NZ SMC residence visa VAC fees
 

Hi,

I have 2 questions I hope you can answer me on:-

1- my wife and I have applied for SMC residence visa and we got our approval yesterday. My wife is the principle applicant and I'm her husband. can I travel to NZ before her, knowing that she didn't visit NZ before?


2- In VAC and Courier Fees Form,
a- what shall I fill for INZ Visa Fees? shall I leave it blank since i already paid 1200 GBP with my ITA application?
b- Which fees shall I tick for, VAC service fees or VAC Passport handling fee, knowing that my ITA application has been submitted in July 2014 in New Zealand house london branch not in VAC?
