Hello
Can anyone confirm if applying with job offer not on the LTSSL or ISSL
but on the skill list and you have an NVQ which was awarded by one
of the bodies which is listed in the policy can you claim the 50 points and
does it have to be an NVQ which is relevant to your job skill?

Keep reading over and over all this information and getting myself more and more confused :confused:

Starting to think maybe best to go via the family quota and wait out
the long processing times.
