Hi all

Could anyone answer me really quickly; we are from the UK and therefore wondering what we put in for:-

Taxation Numer (we thought our NZ tax code)

National ID Number - which has an * so you have to put something in - and we thought our National Insurance number...

HELP.....

Am really hoping to get my form in today....

sorry might be a bit obviously but is there anything in the notes on what they might be?
I didn't do the ITA personally so don't know but I do know that hubby read and reread the notes manual and didn't seem to find anything to confusing once he had done that.

Hopefully someone who has filled in one recently or someone might just know.

THanks for the update. I have asked a friend and we agreed that we would put our NI number in and nothing in the ID section.
