As long as the job offered is skilled and Salmoncolour fits the requirements then the company does not have to be approved in any way.
'Approval in principle' is relevant to Essential Skills Work Visas only for those employers who wish to employ workers from overseas yet are not on any of the skills shortage lists. If they don't do this this then have to prove no NZers can do the job.

One of potential employers is accredited too though which might help.
