Migrant Levy Payment
 

Hi All,

Been waiting for our Passports to be returned with "Blue Stickers".
Having sent our C/O an email to see if he'd receieved them ok, to be told Yes, but the Lvey price had gone up in June for an extra £25 each.........:eek: so total of £290.00 added to the "Project". :ohmy:

So guess who paid the old Levyy value. :o Was wondering when or If we were to to be told this info any time soon.

Yet an onolher Hurdle... at this rate will be putting name forward for next Olympic Games.. Track Events.

We were stung like that also but as we had set up to pay by credit card they had kindly sent us a new payment form.

to be given control of our immigration i has cost us £1k each and still flights to book, removals to pay for.

But the prospect of increased fuel prices, increased tax and 20%VAT it has got to be worth it to bale out of this country. the price for paying for a couple of wars me thinks!!

oh too true. Cant wait to "get out of here" !!,
same as you, Flights and Shipping also to pay for, but that will be after we have sold House.

keep checking bank account, the fee still hasnt been taking. wonder how long it actualy takes to get the payment. stamp passports and return them?

I think we were no more than 3 weeks from sending to returning in total. I suspect once the fee is cleared then they return passports with supporting docs
