Default Medical Reports - High HBA1C -Can this be a problem in permanent residency?

Hi,

We already filed PR and immigration asked to send more blood tests for my husband and now HBA1C and creatinine is little bit higher than normal. Is this going to create any problem in PR??
If anyone in NZ knows about good doctor so that my husband can take medicine from him, please do let me know.

Thanks,
Baljit

Unless there is something really serious, it should be ok for immigration or the work place or anywhere. Just check with an immigration doctor. Best to do that. Check the list of immigration doctors for your country.

If you have been asked for more bloods I'm assuming that you have done your medicals through an approved panel doctor. Surely you should be getting the bloods done by the same panel doctor? Please check with your Case Officer as to the requirements they want or I can imagine it could become quite expensive.
