Medical Question
Hello
I have a medical question:
I have mild OCD, for which I have a diagnosis in my medical records. I've only ever had some sessions at my GP practice with a visiting Psychotherapist about 3 years ago and nothing since. I'm on no medication for this and it hasnt stopped me from working or performing normal activities of daily living.
Do you think this will be a big deal for my application for a work visa/ residency application?
Karorian.

Re: Medical Question
My opinion, and this is only my opinion, not advice You should be fine. You may get referred to the medical assessor for your EOI as all those with any health problems either now or in the past do. This will lengthen the time it takes to issue as well, however this ties in with your other thread so read them in combination.
Oh and forgot to add to the other thread, many congratulations on the job offer

Re: Medical Question
OCD is clasified as a mental health condition as opposed to a physical one. The new(ish) DSM IV has chapter of OCD and other related disorders.
I have no idea how this will be percieved by immigration. They make you jump through a few hoops.
Be as transparent as possible.
All the best.
