Medical certificates

Hey!
I presume I can just print off the 1007 instead of needing to obtain a booklet version (somehow). It's just that it talks of being ok to detach various sections when the whole thing is fairly detached already if I've just printed it off!
Just need to make sure that I should not need to get one from the panel doctor or anything - particularly as it says that it needs to largely be filled out beforehand!!!
