Default Mail delivery NZ-UK time

My NZQA assessment was supposedly sent on the 27th April. Should I be be worried that all my certificates are gone for ever, or can it really take 3 weeks to get half way around the world? The application got to NZ in 5 days, but that is down hill, but 3 weeks to return does seem a very long time.

We've sent 2 lots of Birthday cards recently to the UK, the 1st ones took 2 1/2 weeks the 2nd are now up to 3 weeks 2 days & still not there.
Don't know why they are taking so long, all the things we sent last year were getting there in around 1 week, even at Christmas.
Coming the other way (last week) I had 1 letter arrive after 5 & another after 3 days!!! Must be quicker downhill than uphill I suppose.

We posted a pressie back to my DD's friend on Monday afternoon. Phoned tonight and it's been there since Friday.

We're finding that stuff from the UK is averaging about 10 days to get here at the mo
