LTSS Job availability
OH is a Medical Laboratory Scientist and qualifies for points under LTSS. But there are no jobs available for Medical Laboratory Scientists in NZ. So the obvious question is LTSS ?

What is the criteria for LTSS in NZ? I mean how can you have a skill shortage when you don't need people for that job????
